From Vision to Construction
SMC Strategies was initially engaged by City of Greater Geelong (CoGG) in 2015 to develop the Business Case and Concept Plans for the Geelong Waterfront Safe Harbour Precinct project.
Royal Geelong Yacht Club then engaged SMC Strategies to undertake the strategic project partnership development, investment strategy, communications and advocacy for the project, working with all tiers of government and project stakeholders.
Construction of Stage 1, including the new Victorian Sailing School, is now in progress.
